PAYMENT TERMS

Fork Limited's ("Fork") only accepted method of payment is with a credit card. You can choose your payment currency between United States Dollar (USD), European Euro (EUR) and Chilean Peso (CLP). Your plan will not be activated or reactivated without prior payment. All fees and renewal fees are due on or before the due date of the renewing account.

Incomplete, incorrect or questionable signup information can result in an account not being activated. Any losses or expenses experienced by the Customer, due to actions taken by Fork in response to Customer non-payment, are not the responsibility of Fork.

By purchasing a Pro account, you are agreeing to allow Fork to place your account on a recurring payment plan. The account will automatically be re-billed according to the terms of the plan you select. You grant Fork permission to charge your credit card for any and all services you request and any renewals thereof. If Fork is unable to process a payment for your plan by its due date, your account will be suspended for three days (the "suspension period") or until payment is successfully processed.

If Fork is unable to process a payment for your plan within the suspension period, your account will be disabled for non-payment and you will not be able to access your account.

Other than for your failure to comply with the applicable Fork has no obligation to provide you with a copy of your Data and may remove and discard any backup data. If your account has been suspended for non-payment, it will only be reactivated upon payment of all overdue fees. It is a violation of this Terms for you to misuse or fraudulently use credit and debit cards. A determination of such misuse or fraudulent use shall be at the sole discretion of Fork.

Further, Fork may report all such misuses and fraudulent uses (as determined by Fork in its sole discretion) to appropriate government authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and credit card companies. If you do not wish to continue services with Fork, or do not wish to renew your account, it is your responsibility to cancel your account prior to your renewal date to avoid further charges.

REFUNDS

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
